SparseWare Inc ("us", "we", or "our") is the developer of the Facebook Memory Finder Application (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Application.

We use your Personal Information only for providing in-application functionality. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Application, we collect, via Facebook, your name, profile picture, birthday, and photos. This information is used to allow you to search for photos taken around holidays (including your birthday) or any other time period. You can also search for photos taken at or around a specific location. Future versions of the Application may allow you to search for Posts and Videos also. However, access to Posts and Videos is not needed to use the Application and wont be required, if and when such functionality becomes available.

Any information collected by us, is never transmitter or shared with anyone.

Log Data

The Application does not log any data other that what is logged by Facebook and the Operating System that the Application is running on. The Application stores user preferences and the most recent successful search, on the user's device. This information is never transmitted by the Application.

Communications

We will not contact you via any mechanism, unless we are contacted by you via the contact information provided below.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes to the policy should only happen when the Application is updated, and as such, you should always review the Privacy Policy after a version update.
